Excellent and knowledgeable salesman. Fascinating computer-aided selection process for firmness of the mattress. Plenty of ‘test’ beds to allow choice. In fact, I’d only intended to ask questions and gather information - but was confident enough to make a purchase in the day.

Staff member very helpful and decisive. Item was in stock for me to try out. Staff listened to my needs and addressed them. Once a correct mattress was chosen staff member was not pushy but gave us time to go away and think about our decision. Once one was made payment process was made quick and easy and delivery time was good

Given the current Pandemic the procedures in place all around the store were some of the best I have encountered. Staff were always keeping an eye on everyone and diverting them to another route should it be that they would come into contact with another customer/sales person. I had gone in with the specific idea of doing the 3 minute sleep test. So comfortable I could have fallen asleep there and then. Very quickly given an idea of the mattresses which would fit the profile from the sleep test. Asked about price range and was able to test those within the price range and choose the one most suitable. Absolutely no hard sell on anything which I personally hate. I think that all sales people seemed approachable, but St Clair who wasa assisting me was really helpful, chatty and a great sense of humour. Came away having ordered exactly what I wanted and glad I did given that Christmas deadlines for delivery before Christmas are close to full. The pillow which I was given to try on the mattresses which again was sanitised after each use was so comfortable I ended up ordering one of those. Thank you Dreams, definitely not the first and won't be the last visit to Dreams. :)
