From the time we entered the shop to the time we left, we were very pleased with the quality of the service and knowledge of the manager

Member of staff very knowledgeable and helpful however as they were the only member of staff working they were having to help other customers at the same time.

My experience at Dreams, Oxford, could not have been better. I was given wonderful attention, with all my queries expertly answered, with utmost patience. All Covid guidelines were well adhered to and I very much appreciated the offer of the bottle of water. I was in Dreams for an hour, choosing bed and mattress, but the time flew by, I am not a great one for shopping, but my visit was really a most enjoyable experience!

Colleague St Clair was so helpful and had very good knowledge of dreams service. Used dream sleep service for mattress and service was so helpful.

Jeff was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He wasn't pushy at all but wanted us to have the best possible experience and showed us several products, all of varying prices, to suit our needs. We used the sleep monitor assessment bed which was great, very helpful. We were upsold pillows (our choice, we loved them!) plus a mattress protector (free) and the mattress cover for the 8 years. Really very much enjoyed the service and Jeff was great.
