Robert the assistant was very kind and very knowledgeable about the products. He was very good at not pushing a very expensive mattress once we told him we were more than happy with the cheaper end of the market. He was a brilliant salesman without being pushy.

We were advised by a brilliant staff member called Haroon at the Oxford store. He took a lot of time to explain to us about different mattress types. He let us use the special mattress machine and offered us two bottles of water. He showed us around the store so that we could see different options, and helps us find something in our price range. I would definitely recommend this store to others.
