St Clare was extremely friendly and funny very efficient. First bed shop we visited and didn’t need to go anywhere else . Even given a bottle of water! 2 very satisfied customers.

Because when we explained our requirements the sales assistant knew what to show us.

Helpful but not pushy salesman

Jeff, the staff member I dealt with, was fabulous. He took time to listen to my needs & concerned and offered me the opportunity to try different products before making a decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way, unlike my experience in similar retailers

The service we received was great - the person was very knowledgeable and very patient, even though we put in the order just before the shop was closing. They let us stay, gave us some water and we were able to proceed with the sale.

Robert approached us with genuine care and a high level of knowledge. He was enthusiastic and passionate about the quality of the mattresses and helped us to make the right choice. We went above our budget but we don’t regret our decision because we will soon have the most comfortable mattress ever! We were also lucky enough to be gifted four pillows and a bouncy mattress topper which is something I really didn’t want to have to buy as well! We left the store feeling as though it was a wonderful and fun experience with Robert. We are so excited for our beautiful memory foam mattress. Would highly recommend this Dreams store and the professional man Robert who helped us to buy our mattress.

We had decided to upgrade our bed and mattress from a double to a King size and found the perfect bed and mattress. However during the purchasing process we became very uneasy and apprehensive about sizing and if the King size bed would fit through the house to the desired bedroom when delivered. The colleagues in Oxford Botley store informed us that we could order the bed and mattress and then change are minds on sizing if required. Once home we were still very apprehensive about sizing we called the store again and the colleague was very helpful and gave us an email for the store and asked us to send photos of the route through the house to the desired room and he would assess it to see if a King size would be to big which we did. An hour later the colleague rang us back and explained there would be no issue with sizing and of the bed and mattress and it would not be an issue when delivered to the desired room this put us at great ease and relaxed our anxiety on this. This is great customer service going above and beyond.
