Both sales assistants looked bored and were very unenthusiastic about the products. They pointed me in the right direction but had no sense of selling anything to me. The only reason I boughy from you was yiu were able to deliver on my timescale! I did not want to buu fron you as i gelt the custoner service was awful. Not at all engaging. Didnt appear to know the prodcuts well. Pretty poor to be honest

I am really dissatisfied about the delivery of the mattress we ordered.We got the confirmation that we will get the product on 31st of October and when we called them,they said the staff made a mistake and you can either cancel order or it will be delivered only on 12th of November.

sales person advised me there is a £40 charge to take away old mattress. i said i will not pay that much and he said he could discount it for £20. I decided i wanted a bed, started to process the purchase, and the salesperson then told me i have a choice to make. He could give me a mattress protector worth £35 for free, or I could pay for the charge of taking the mattress away - the choice is mine to make. I said i would take the free mattress protector because i knew the fee for the mattress was now £20. The sales person then offered my 6 year old daughter a free pillow as a gift for her. Then next thing he is giving us a pack of 4 pillows for free gift. He then told us it would be good to get the bed cover for the mattress for £85.00, which we agreed. This all was then paid for, but we were not given a hard copy as he said it would be sent via email. He just showed me on the screen and we left because i assumed all was in order. later when i checked the sales email i saw we were charged £40 for delivery, and £20 for pillows. I read the cover contract and decided to cancel the order. Went to store the next day and manager got angry because i cancelled. very difficult
