Price quite high on many lines. Only had limited choice in our price range

I felt that the products could have been labelled in a clearer fashion so that we could focus on the area that interested us. It was also not explained in advance that we would be chardged for having the old mattresses and bed base removed.

We were satisfied with all of the service that we received.

The Tempur experience room the mechanics were extremely noisy not correct

It was surposded to be a sale but as normal there is always a catch you charge for taking away each item old bed mattress and base about £70 plus and then. It’s extra for cover to take out for the protection of the bed for 8yrs which again more monies so although it was in the sale if you take in to account all the extras well it’s not much of a sale is it

Staff showed no interest, didn’t want to help us When help was finally offered he kept pushing us to buy a dearer mattress.The older gentleman was more helpful that the younger one. Rude arrogant and offered no help whatsoever to carry the mattress out the car. I would train your staff to be more friendly, More welcoming And not to be so rude.
