The bed saodnit was ‘free Delivery’ when it came to ordering it I was told it was £9.95 down Saturday delivery as that was the only day they had free. I felt let down when challenged as why it wasn’t free as stated.

Allow there was a good choice of products available we didn’t quite find exactly what we wanted in a bed (high end quality/build strength) although found a mattress we were very happy with.

Online shopping does not give you the experience of seeing and feeling, you cannot match in reality the colour or texture, the beds we came into store for were not available and we spent less money than expected due to this.

As already stated there was very little choice of mattress available for the type of bed frame I have and I was also disappointed with how long it is going to take to deliver.

Michalina was fantastic at the Oxford store however the gel foam mattress protector she wanted to give me in the price was not in stock and they have been having difficulty getting them. I was given the ordinary one but warned that it negated the cool/heat aspect of the mattress (which is the reason I am buying this mattress). she said that they hoped to get them back in soon. I thought she meant that you would replace mine when they came in. however when phoning to clarify was told I would have to pay £40 for the protector which seams unfair when it was not my fault that you have had problems getting them (apparently there was a staff meeting about it the day before!) As I said Michalina was great. I also need to say that when I went on your website earlier was VERY impressed at how helpful it was.
