I was very satisfied with the sales experience and you employee did an excellent job and made the difference so we completed the purchase. We had visited competitiors beforehand and they didn't get our purchase. There is always room for improvement and so I did not select highly satisfied - this question demanding my explanation does add a tinge of meanness on your part and you should follow the lead of your employees by nuturing respect and trust otherwise this might reflect when i next llok for a new bed... celebrate your staff for all their successes, and don't demand the impossible.

It was the fact that I had been to the High Wycombe (Loudwater) storte the week before and the man who dealt with me I had promised would have my order after the possibility of visiting the Oxford store to make a final choice. In the end I ordered at Oxford because the guy at High Wycombe had quoted me the wrong price (He had omitted to apply the 20% discount on the bed)

I would say that being satisfied is a good and being highly satisfied could be misleading the dreams assistant was very helpful and also knowledgable of the products the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly

Although St Clair who served me was relatively friendly, there was a distinct feeling of disinterest and that I was interrupting his time. When I walked into the store I was not greeted, instead I disturbed him reading his paper. Although it was quiet. I explained my situation to him, advising that I was after a new mattress but was not looking to spend a lot as the mattress will be purchased back from me from my landlord at the end of my tenancy. He showed me a couple of mattresses, but nothing that suited my needs and budget. When I left the store, I looked at the Dreams website and was able to find a good mattress at a decent price, which he failed to explain to me. He disgrungtingly showed me to a similar mattress (as you do not stock this mattress in store), and provided me with a pillow to fully test, again this was not provided on my initial visit. I have previously used the Dreams store in banbury, where the customer experience has been far more satisfactory and welcoming. I will return to Dreams in the future, but will from now on only be in the Banbury store.

I think 3 weeks is to long to wait for delivery !! & Quite expensive
