I think that the salesperson didn't explain very well the range of options I had for payment (deposit/payment term) but that's only a small issue. She seemed to want to push me down as short a payment term as possible and a 'bigger than I'd have liked' deposit..

The senior sales advisor told me to hurry up and make my mind up as they were going to close in the next 30 mins, the girl that took the order was fine but seeked advice from senior advisor who was slightly rude telling me that if I wanted to sort by interest free I needed to be quick ... unprofessional when spending £700. Previously when I looked at the bed several weeks earlier to get a price the sales assistant was willing to give me free pillows but when I returned to buy the bed she withdrew the free pillow offer but just gave me a discount. I could have easily left the shop without purchasing but as this was a present for my daughter I didn’t want to disappoint her as she chose this bed.

Everything went well, I found what I needed quickly and the staff member who served me was helpful. I think £25 to recycle a mattress is pretty steep, especially as there is no mention of where/how it is recycled.

Wasn't given the option of the cheapest divan base. But managed to change order via online chat to Liza. Also she refunded us £5 for a mistake the system caused regarding a free mattress protector.

The sales assistant was pleasant and helpful comma but some of his responses were very oddly phrased. I told him my budget and said that going over it would make this month's finances difficult, and he said something like "well those are circumstances which are not in my control and not my concern." This may be true, and polite, but that's a bizarrely robotic answer.

Because it was not very obvious (until checkout) that to have ottoman storage option it cost significantly more than the devan based alone
