THE TIME BETWEEN ORDER & DELIVERY WAS LONGER THAN I COULD WAIT SO HAD TO TAKE PRODUCTS THAT WHERE NOT MY FIRST SECOND OR THIRD CHOICE. SALES ASSISTANT VERY HELPFUL & I UNDERSTAND OUT OF HIS HANDS.

I has very good mattress from Dreams on Christmas sale. This time I came back for another one, similar in price and quality. Service was very good and sale assistant recommended me to by mattress from previous year collection. Unfortunately at home I find that is not same quality as my first one, so I come back and did exchange. All stuff was very friendly and helpful. It's just take a bit more time. But as the result I has 2 very comfortable memory foam mattresses for my kids.

Good staff and store but did not have the products required in store to try out so just hope the matress purchase is to our taste
