The guest bed I was after was not carried in store. But earlier in the week I had phoned the customer care line who advised the guest bed is a display item in this particular store. That bit of miscommunication needs to be sorted out

Lead time too long. Price very high. Great service though!!

Prices were higher than when buying same items last year. Discounts were lower

The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. We are moving into an empty house on 17 July and have no bed to sleep on until 17 August - we would really appreciate an earlier delivery

I was mostly very satisfied. The only issue being the specific bed frame I wanted being out of stock until July, and it being over £100 more in cost vs when we bought the same one in January 2020.

It is not down to Dreams that we weren’t highly satisfied. It is down to COVID as nothing feels norma. Just going to the shops is an experience. However St Clair and staff made it as satisfactory as possible keeping us and others safe at all time. Thank you.
