Customer service second to none, listened to every thing we wanted and guided us to what we was looking for.

An excellent shopping experience. The assistant was very friendly and knowledgable but also gave sufficient space for us to talk and think and to make the right decision. Overall the whole experience was really enjoyable.

There was a wide range of products and Jeff had a very good knowledge of the products. I was greeted with a cup of tea and a friendly smile and not pressured to buy the first thing he showed me and to try out several products to make sure i was getting the best for me.

The speed with which I was served and my order processed. The overall price was competitive and the sales assistant was honest about the clearance products. There was no pretentious and obscure sales pitch, just helpfulness, speed and honesty. Perfect service.

Haroon was friendly, patient it's our decision making, informative and efficient. Made it an easy process and explained all the different options clearly so we knew exactly what we were buying.

I was hoping to get something in the sale (60% off), however the number of products in the sale was very limited (or I wasn't shown them).

Our experience in the store was good, and Robert who served us was extremely helpful. When I then phoned to confirm the size mattress we needed and make the order, the person I spoke to wasn't at all interested and not helpful. I was also disappointed that you charge an extra £40 to dispose of our old mattress, and then I was asked to come back to the store to collect a bag for the old mattress. He did agree to send the bag by post when I said I thought I should be asked to make the collection as well as paying for the service.

I was looking for Isabella model of the bed frame. It wasn't available at the store. However, Robert helped by showing similar models at the store. It would have been nice to view the exact model in the store.
