Michalina the assistant gave us all the info we needed and seem to have a lot of knowledge in the subject.

I found the gentleman assisting us at Dreams Botley store very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied with our purchase and checked everything before putting our order through.

I gave a brief of what I was looking for and Stclare took me straight to the bed I needed. He was informative and answered all my questions. Very good service

Not having purchased a bed for a number of years we were very apprehensive about getting a new one, particularly as beds have changed significantly. We need not have worried, from the time we entered the store we felt comfortable with the help we received and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery date was speedily given and the terms and conditions of our order form were well dealt with by St. Clair and Jeff his Manager. We were even offered a cup of tea/coffee if needed. It is comforting to know that we have a 30 day trial and if it should proved not the right one for us we can exchange it for something else. Altogether a very pleasant and rewarding shopping experience

As soon as we entered the showroom, we were met by an assistant called Jeff who was extremely helpful and polite. He listened to what we wanted, then gave some really good sound advice. We left the shop happy and unharassed and looking forward to a good nights sleep when our mattress arrives.

Was promptly attended to when we entered the store. Saw the item we wished to see immediately. We were offered tea, or coffee, which was a nice touch.

The shop assistant - St Clair - was very helpful and understood our needs well. He helped us make our best choice in a relaxed way, but always provided relevant information in a timely manner.
