Friendly and helpful staff. We'd been stuck in a traffic jam prior to our visit and were offered a hot drink when we arrived at the store which was unexpected.

Have returned to dreams to purchase the mattress as we have been so satisfied with our previous one.

Jett was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy just right

St Clair talked me through the options and was understanding of my needs and what I had to spend. He was also funny and engaging from the get go.

Service was the right level of helping us find something which suits us and letting us decide ourselves

St Clair was extremely helpful. He gave us time to make our selection without pressure and supported our choice with his product knowledge.

We were greeted by Haroon with a smile when we first entered the store, he kindly asked if we needed help but we decided to look around first. Then we found a bed that we liked and Haroon noticed this and came over and answered all our questions and gave us recommendations about a frame. In the end we were highly satisfied with our visit because of the service we were given.

Products well laid out, and different constructions explained clearly. We were given plenty of time to consider our purchase and were made to feel welcome and relaxed, by Jeff. A good atmosphere in the store.
