Jeff the manager was very knowledge, approachable and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Jeff the manager was so helpful and friendly, he has excellent product knowledge and we felt we had one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time. I only hope the mattress is as excellent as Jeff was.

We were purchasing a bed as a wedding gift of which we wanted delivered on return from our wedding in Mauritius. we were flying the next day after ordering!!! Jeff was very accommodating and was very interested in our wedding plans! A complete professional, Jeff gave us the knowledge we required whilst still making us feel relaxed. It was an important purchase for us & we wanted to make the right decision of which Jeff made us feel confident.

I arrived in the Oxford Seacourt store of Dreams to browse around not even intending to buy a new mattress at the time. I was greeted by a very friendly customer sales adviser Michalina Stempien who convinced me as to why I should invest in a quality Tempur Luxe mattress and, in a thoroughly professional manner, Michalina helped me to make the best decision that I have ever made! 45 days later of the most restful nights I have ever experienced in 20 years, I still have the hugest smile on my face.
