We were greeted on arrival and then left to have a look around for a short time, we were then approached and asked what we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the products. We left with a fantastic deal and very happy.

I have previously given excellent feedback to Jeff, the store representative, please see my earlier communication. Your delivery team were excellent D.Singh and Jack Rogers. I received notification via their mobile regarding visit timings and later when they were 10 mins away. Most helpful. Gave a full explanation regarding the mattress and took away the protective plastic covering etc. I had already arranged for the disposal of the old mattress with SODC.

We were greeted on entering the shop and our needs identified quickly. We were replacing a mattress purchased from you some years previously. The assistant was friendly courteous and professional and we looked at several options that were available which we we were able to try out. Once we had decided the order was placed quickly and efficiently and the various costs and obligations on both sides were clearly identified with associated costs.

St Clair did a really great job. He greeted us warmly the second we walked in the door, was friendly, helpful and well-informed, and gave us as much time as we needed. We spent more than we had envisaged but were convinced that we bought what we needed, without any pressure to buy the most expensive option. The conversation about Antiguan cricket, and the cup of coffee offered, made this a most enjoyable experience!

Good service easy too understand products

The staff was very friendly, he took interest in our need for a mattress, as we do not know exactly what we wanted to buy. He recommended a mattress that suits our need. He even gave us a leeway to bring it back if the size does not fit the bed .On getting home, the product was exactly what we needed. We couldn't be more satisfied.

The shop assistant St. Clair was very nice, patient and competent in illustrating features of items and conditions of purchase. I was able to try mattresses and pillows.
