Process was super. Michael, the Dreams employee, was extrememely helpful in showing us the mattresses best fitted for ourselves. Michael worked past the closing time of the store to make sure we could complete our purchase. He is a credit to the company.

The store assistant was very polite and dealt with our needs efficiently and quickly.

From the moment I entered the store until the moment I left I was very well looked after by Ally. He took me over to the bed that finds the right mattress for you and went from there. He was so helpful, made me coffee and made me feel very confident in my purchase. Ended up with a beautiful bed and super comfy mattress, delivery is next week which I am delighted about. Overall a lovely experience and would certainly recommend to others. Thanks dreams!

Ali was absolutely brilliant. He gave us time to think about our order and there was no hard sales pitch (which my husband hates). He had a good personality and made us feel very safe in store. It was very clean and you could see staff members spraying and wiping down constantly. We were offered a drink too! Well done Ali - my husband hates shopping but by using the machine and your manner made it so easy for us!

From when we walked in until we left Alex attended to our needs. He let us look around by ourselves but was instantly on hand when needed. He explained about the mattresses, the results of the machine etc There was a good choice of beds, mattresses and accessories. The experience was totally stress free.

Alistar truly understands the needs of the customers. He led me to do a quick sleep scan and gathered information for my and my partner's sleep pattern. Then he provided us several mattresses that might be suitable for us. The whole process was smooth and friendly. Clear instructions were given at all times. I truly appreciate it.

Ronnie talked me through the sleep match process then took me round all the suitable matches explaining each individually, once he had done all that he left on for time on our own to discuss the options so we didn’t feel under pressure & try them out again then he was available again to answer questions we had then took our order.

Staff member Ronald was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He took the time to understand what we wanted and we were not made to feel that we were being rushed or that he just wanted a sale.
