the SF Westfield store was out of the items i wanted on the first day of the promotion. The Corte Madera store had all the items I wanted. My time was well spent at this location. The staff is always professional and make you feel like your business matters.

The salesperson was easy to work with. I had specific items in mind for certain things and needed suggestions for others. Her suggestions were helpful in my design pattern.

I am loyal Pandora shopper. The sales associate did not know that so she took the time to explain to me the importance of purchasing the safety chain which I really appreciated because it took multiple visits before someone took the time to explain the safety chain and clip importance.

The sales associates we're very knowledgeable and helpful. The layout of merchandise is easy to navigate. The information on products on sale we're clearly marked to make deciding easier.

I love the purchase I made!

The sales associate greeted me as I walked in the store. I was looking for a specific item which she diligently researched for me and found the item to sadly be retired. I then looked at some other items and settled on a purchase. This is not the first time I have shopped at this store and it won't be the last. It's a well run store with an exceptional manager and a curtious, well trained staff.
