I was trying to buy a gift for my nieces 15th birthday and liked the idea of a charm bracelet. Once I entered the store, I was greeted by Renee who had a couple of ideas for a nice bracelet and selection of charms. Renee was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to coerce me into buying anything I didn't really want.

Customer service is very prompt, I bought a charm bracelet and the associate (manager) helped me with ideas of how the charm placement should be and even gift wrapped the gift. Awesome experience!
