The Pandora employees were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me fine my wrist size and helped me find things based questions that they asked and the quality of their products are extremely high quality.

I accidentally purchased a charm that I had previously purchased and my mistake was quickly fixed at the store. The Alejandra was patient and recommended other cute options for my mother.

Alejandra A, the sales person, was amazing. She helped me to find the perfect bracelet for my niece. I was looking for a specific charm and she found it right away. She even wrapped my gift. So cool

The sales associate was pleasant to talk to. She was also very helpful. I was overall satisfied with my purchases and the service.

Salesperson Olivia (#207815) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the jewelry options available. I was in the store only to browse, but the store was well laid out and the displays were very pretty. I didn't know my ring size, but Olivia knew just by looking at my hand quickly (really good/lucky guess?). Wish I purchased the ring, but went with earrings instead. Will definitely go back again to buy the ring.

Olivia is amazing she was really easy to talk to and really understood what I was looking for. She took time to understand my likes and not push options on me that I would not like! She was amazing!

Olivia was super helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile and was super sweet the whole time despite what I was wearing (I usually get judged for dressing down but she was really on point with her costumer service and did not feel judge or treated differently).. she was super knowledgeable of all the items that were available and I did NOT feel any pressure to buy anything.. I also asked to have my other charms cleaned and the ladies Adrienne and Geneva were taking their time really cleaning and polishing all my charms bracelet and necklaces.. they looked super brand new.. I bought the Ariel and winged earrings for myself and Olivia asked if I wanted it wrapped.. And I said yes even if it was for me.. She said it's good to gift yourself sometimes.. you work hard.. and this made me feel so special. I'm a hospital worker and sometimes I work hella hours and tend to forget myself.. She was going off the clock and Tiffany took over and wrapped my purchases beautifully... I really will comeback because these ladies were amazing really made me feel special. To the manager Renee, please keep these ladies around, because of them I will continue to shop here.. Wonderful staff ❤❤❤❤
