Using my gift receipt they were able to were able to locate the lost charm my daughter had given me. I was able to purchase the charm and a safety charm.

I ordered a bracelet online for my moms birthday and the size I got was too small. Went to the location at the Solano Mall and the employees made it super easy to exchange my bracelet for the right size plus showed me how to put the charm I ordered on the bracelet as well. Everyone was super friendly and plan on visiting this location more often

Adrienne helped us in finding a certain charm for my mother and it worked out in her favor. Plus when I asked for a certain charm, they had it. A charm that was frequently sold out, they had it in stock and I was able to purchase it.

The staff was friendly. Service was quick and easy. The merchandise is lovely.

Most of my Pandora Charms have been purchased at Disney but they ladies did not care where or when I got them they were there to help me get my charms in tip top shape. Cannot wait to go back:)
