Renee and her associates are a remarkable team. Whether you’ve been a collector for years or a single day, they treat everyone with the same excitement and exceptional service. I have driven out of my way to come to this location for that reason and I look forward to shopping there again soon!

Well I waited outside until there were no people in store in order to receive the best customer service. The sale association was very knowledgeable on what I needed The merchandise I need was not on hand however she did the best she could to complete my shopping experience

The sales associate was exceptional! Very warm and friendly. She helped with my selection and arrangement of charms on both my bracelets. I especially appreciated her patience and interest in my purchases.

Olivia was very kind and helpful. My fiance and I were looking for an accent ring to wear with my engagement ring, and Olivia was very patient and took as much time as we needed of time to help us find the perfect ring.

My sales person Renee was extremely helpful and patient, I purchased "ends" and additional charms. She demonstrated how to put them on and also demonstrated how to put my new bracelet on. She greeted me with a smile in her eyes (we both had on masks). I will definitely purchase additional charms.

What I love is the personal service provided by the sales associates available in the store. In my experience with all associates, they are always helpful and knowledgeable. One in particular, Adrienne (203599) always makes me feel like she has known me for years. This is my second in-person visit to the store. Adreienne is 10 star! All other associates are just as helpful and warm :) This store is so beautiful, the displays, inventory, cleanliness, and I feel the store is very sanitary. Additionally, I observed associates wiping down areas after customers left the store. I hope this store never goes away. I travel 15 miles for my pick-ups and purchases. In addition to my online order pickup, I also treat myself to a little bauble each time :) Thank you for such a great store and product. Truly my fav! Best Always, Lisa McKim
