The sales associate answered all my questions. She helped me pick out a beauty set of rings.

I had originally came in just to get my bracelet clean. As all people do when they wait I started to browse. I had my eye on a specific charm and I decided to purchase it while waiting. Shelby was very knowledge and offered to balance my bracelet and made recommendations on charms to help even it out. I will be returning with other charms I purchased to get help with making my bracelet the best.

The employees are very friendly. The store is clean. I feel comfortable going into the store. The employees know the Pandora product line very well!Special shout-out to Sarah and Shelby.

Shelby was very patient with me and all my indecisiveness with upgrading my neices bracelet, choosing clamps and getting a little something for myself! She waited on me to walk the store about 3 or 4 times until I made my final decision. I'll be back to get that other something special next week!!
