The bracelet I wanted was not available in the store I was advised to buy it on line by manager McDonald using my 2 gift cards and 10 dls off survey coupon and was not possible. I went back to the store and had to buy a bracelet.

Our Associates name was Shelby W. My husband was upset by the way she was stereotyping us and trying to control our purchase. He had even suggested I should fix my own bracelet in the car because of how rude she was. Then she mentioned she should do the work because “there’s a right and wrong way of putting a safety chain” making me feel like as a customer I have no knowledge of how a pandora bracelet should be. As a former Pandora Associate I am completely upset of how she treated us and will not be returning to this location. Customers shouldn’t be treated as if they’re dumb when it comes to purchasing items and they should be comfortable with what they want to buy not with what the associate wants to sell.

My item was defective and turning dark and came in to find a solution item. Instead I was treat like I never have use pandora. I know how to take care of the jewelry. You can check my history and I have spent thousands of dollars in your jewelry because I like the quality, but with item 29953c00 was not the case is turning black and is opening. At the ending of the day Shelby was not help because according to her can’t be exchanged because they were worn. They also called Sarah the manager to let her know about the situation hopefully she will see the I’m a loyal customer and that my item was defective and will return my call. 908-875-7035 Thank you,

While my sales gal was checking the price of a charm and no one else was in the store the other sales person was clear on the other side of the store she very rudely asked me to pull my mask up however it was so hot in the store I was sweating and was about to leave because I was so uncomfortable. She really could have approached the subject so much better and if we have to wear a mask in the store you should be keeping the store cooler so that customers aren’t so uncomfortable.

Our sales associate was curt, short, condescending and disinterested in allowing my girlfriend to satisfy her wants. She seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of the store. As if we were interfering with her break. She was just rude. In fact another customer exiting as we were made comments to us similar to what I have explained.

I visited the location in Southlake, and the girls were just rude. I walked into the store and there was 1 customer, but neither of the employees greeted me. The customer one of the girls was helping out had left and I was still not given any attention. I waited about 10 min so they could greet me or ask how I’m doing, but they didn’t. I had to tell them I was ready to get what I wanted. I will not be going back to the location in Southlake. I will continue to go too the Dallas Galleria location, they are always so nice there.
