I liked the selection in the store. I do think that the employees of the store can work on their costumer service more. When helping people in this way, you should understand people asking questions and not taking your word for it when paying as much as you are, not getting an attitude when they should be there glad to help. Listening and understanding is key.

Sales associate made no eye contact through the entire process, she wasn’t aware of the entire promotion guidelines and made my husband feel unwelcome I can only assume based on his appearance.

There were only 2 sales associates working, 2 customers that were browsing/needing assistance, one who had completed a purchase but needed to speak to someone, and me (I just needed to check out). One of the associates was rude, the other seemed very knowledgeable but was busy. The store was also almost empty because it had yet to be restocked

Sales associate was great..on display for $150 was three charms, Peace, Dream and Love on a rope bracelet. I asked if the open band would be same cost and she said No, as the open band was $15 more - thus $165 for the bracelet and three charms. It rang up as $225. She called manager who was not there and returned and said so sorry, someone messed up. we cannot honor the price. It is what my wife wanted but feel strongly you owe me $60.00, the difference between advertised in store display of $150 + $15 upgraded bracelet - paid $225 (less return credit) Jeff Lougee 954-325-7877 jlougee24@gmail.com

I walked in and browsed, once I was ready to make a purchase, there was no one available to help. I patiently waited my turn.. other customers walked in and started browsing as well. The two ladies that day on, Thursday, around noon, ignored me and noticed I was getting antsy. The African-American looking individual proceeded to ask me “have I signed in yet?”, this was the first mention of a sign-in sheet. After she proceeded to acknowledge me, I waited for her to finish up and help me next. However, she proceeded to help the next people that apparently signed in, even after the fact that they walked in minutes after I did. I was frustrated at that point, I still patiently waited and I asked another employee that ended up helping me, “how do I get some help?” She proceeded to ask me, ”did I sign in?” The other African-American lady stopped what she was doing, just to rebuttal with an attitude, “I told him to sign in,” this was minutes after she acknowledge me and proceed to skip me since I was not aware there was a sign-in sheet. Never have I had to sign in at a Pandora. The employees there working could have clearly communicated that to me, instead of arguing with me.

Sales associate was not knowledgeable at all and didn’t know where the sales items are!!!

The sale person had an attitude that she didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about her customer. I asked her if I can try on a earring and she told me no in a very rude tone. Although I have tried on earrings before at other Pandora stores.

I did not say I was not satisfied. Just that I would not return in the next 90 days-only because I don't need anything else for a while.

Alexa was a Sweetheart but her supervisor was rude to us and to her. I have visited the store several times as it the closest to my home. Alexa acknowledge it is from the beginning and as we, my family and I. We asked alexa if we could look at catalog while we waited, she said yes but to please know that not all items were available. Other person came to us and pulled book from us and continue to refer that alexa was new in a demeaning way. We continue waiting and finally we were helped but it was as the other employee was upset and overhearing anything that we would say. We bout aroundmore than 700 worth of items but she couldnt wait for us to walk out of the door to reprehend alexa. It really made us uncomfortable to the point that I don’t think I want to visit the store any longer.
