some items were not available. The prices were normal, not better than available elsewhere. I' getting too many e-mails after my purchase. I currently have 16 duplicate e-mails in my in box requesting feedback. I think you might have a problem.

I always enjoy shopping with Pandora in Southlake TX the only reason I was not “highly satisfied” was because the system was down, I had to return the following day to make my purchase and could not do it by phone for convenience. I love the product, people & atmosphere!

The items I was interested in buying were not available at this location. Many of the Pandora shine were missing (sold out or didn't receive) along with some items in the book.

Sales lady was very aloof. No smile. No enthusiasm about any product. No suggestions for the charm and the occasion. Not very friendly. I expected more when I’m spending over $100 on one item and the sale took less than 10 minutes.

Sales Associate was rude. She was irritated since I didn't know exactly what I wanted and the more questions I asked the eye rolling started. I was rushed with my purchase. I was going to look at some beads, but with her attitude I just wanted to leave.

Wish the 10.00 showed in the system for every location to see just in case customer forgets the receipt with code on it.

Salesperson ( Danielle) was amazing and so was the original associate assisting the line outside. The associate who came to relieve her was very rude & told a person in our group that she didn’t have to serve us when she was the one being rude.

The attitude of the sales associate...was very rushed. Seemed to be bothered by all the questions I had....was not friendly. Not welcoming. Seemed as if I was taking up her time. For my first purchase there I wish it would have been different

During our visit Pandora had a 'mothers day sale' going on. Bundled items were cheaper. I asked the price of the set with the gold chain and 'diamond' with matching 'diamond' earrings. I was informed the set was 129.00 before the 30 percent off based on your price book. I said great I'll take it only to find the price was 169.00 before the 30 percent off discount. Upon questioning this the store refused to honor the quoted price that was printed in your pricing book. This is tantamount to an in store bait and switch. I intend to make it known that Pandora Jewelers marks up prices for any 'sales' to make them ineffective at being actual sales. I have spent thousands of dollars at Pandora up to now on many charms and bracelets. I will be reticent to purchase further.
