The store was relatively empty. Not sure why. The associate was nice. She helped my friend locate the item she needed and helped me with my purchase.

The displays, while pretty, don't show an accurate image of the selection, I wish there was a way to see the full availability of charms without having to find a sales associate or knowing which tray to ask to look at.

While I was very pleased with Kaitlin B's help, as well as the manager's assistance, I was given a Pandora gift card from a friend who lives in Canada and for whatever reason, it was not accepted by the system!!! This was the first time I have had a problem with a gift card that she's sent me!!!!

I ordered 2 e gift cards on line. My charge was marked as fraud. No one called me just a email! I had to call and wait on hold for over 1 hr. The associate on the phone could not help me. I went into the store looking for 1000.00 in gift cards as a gift. Thant could not be done! I ended up having to buy 1000.00 in jewelry so that the recipient can now return. Overall very disappointed in my experience! There is not much you can buy at Pandora for 100.00!!!

I had be looking for item that was supposed to be in store. But when I got there it was sold out. I told the sales lead that I wanted to pick up somethings for my wife and it was sold in store wanted to pay in cash. So I can use my promo code that I got in my email. But she told me that she could not help me with that. Then I told her that it was a gift for my wife and it was sold out in store so I had to get something that I didn’t think it was the best thing for my wife and didn’t get my discount. So I feel I got pushed into a quick sale to get in out. I’m very disappointed who is the sales lead there.
