I was helped by Stephanie L. I bought a pendant with the April birthstone in it. I had a miscarriage in April, so the pendant means more than just another piece of jewelry. I was having a hard time holding in the tears while picking it out. Stephanie didn't know my reason for my purchase but she was extremely kind, helpful and patient with me while I decided. She made everything easy, I didn't cry in front of her (which made me happy), and I was/am very grateful for how patient she was.
