I’m always greeted by the employees here. It’s great that they share my enthusiasm for Pandora jewelry. Jan is especially helpful, and offers suggestions. Overall, a great place to shop!

My salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very familiar with the entire collection and had some great recommendations.

The associate was highly helpful for the assistance I needed. I was actually in the store to get my bracelet fixed, but she went out of her and helped me 100% with my issue and also wanted to just see what new items had arrived. I went ahead as appriciation purchased 2 items! I had also enjoyed the time i was at the store. Thanks.

The customer service was excellent as usual. The selection is always great. Jenny always greets us with a smile, is extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond in helping us to find what we are looking for. We typically visit Pandora every few days and always find a new piece to take home to add to the collection. Pandora has it's own gem within this sales associate!

The lady that helped my mom and i try on the rings we now have was super friendly and sweet! she answered every question we had and had great customer service!

Jan was extremely knowledgeable. She explained several options for the design of my bracelet. I loved the idea of the credit card and the payment plan because Pandora has been a favorite for many years. I am looking forward to my next visit

This was my first visit into a Pandora store, I came in to get help putting charms on my new bracelet that I received as a gift!! I had been admiring your product for some time now and was so excited to put my new bracelet & charms together!! I went in expecting to just assemble my bracelet and maybe get a additional charm, well $273 later lol your team was awesome! Two ladies helped me and were both lovely!! I believe one was Ashley but not sure of the other associates name. Thank you!!

The salesclerks were professional and friendly! Jenny H. assisted me as she was also training a new salesclerk. I had 3 bracelets and a ring cleaned and Jenny was very thorough in cleaning them and I am very pleased!!!

Jordyn was not on,y exuding exceptional customer service! She was patient with my indecisive decision on a rose gold charm bracelet. She was serving myself and moms needs. She was diligent and very knowledgeable of the products. I will definitely be returning to the store to add more charms to my bracelet within the next 30 to 90 days!
