The lovely lady who was extremely patient with me helped me choose the correct size, the exact charms for my occasion. it was my first visit and i am truly in love with the bracelet. The best thing i was impressed is she was soo understanding and kept on suggesting the best look for my bracelet. there was a time when we completely changed the chain asked her to calculate the price, she kept on answering very patiently and with a smile, she understood I was under a budget but still wanted to get everything I would love. Her patience, understanding and her smile made my experience much much better and I am definitely coming back! She also helped me create a Wishlist. kudos to her. keep up the work !! god bless her

Ariel located in Southlake Town Square in 76092 was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get exactly what I needed and also explained for future purchases. She had EXCELLENT customer service skills I would refer someone to her.

The associates Josylyn P and Ariel K were super friendly. I was just there to look at charms and have my bracelet cleaned. Both of their customer service that was provided is top quality. They carried conversations with me and made it such an enjoyable experience. This location is very lucky to have both of them.
