The store was extremely clean and the associates were super friendly. I was shopping for a charm bracelet and they were all able to give their input about sizing, care, and other small details. I love Pandora jewelry and will definitely come back to add more charms to my Pandora Memories bracelet.

Ashley and Ariel were simply outstanding!!! I'm new to the Pandora brand and they gave very valuable info and suggestions. We even shared a sentimental story. It was a pleasure meeting them both!!!!

The sales associate was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and súper profesional. I have never been attended by someone like her!! South Lake, TX store. Sadly, I forgot her name, but not her face and how she made my daughter and I feel with her great customer service skills!!
