During my visit Shelby was very helpful taking her time to help me choose the perfect items for my wife and daughters and her boss Adrianna had also spoken to me by phone the week before at length and gave me excellent advice as well. I will surely be back.

Dominique was amazing! I told her what I was looking for and she was able to guide me to exactly what I wanted. She helped me re-arrange my current charms to accommodate my new purchases and I love my bracelet!

I’m always greeted when I enter the store. The counters are wiped down repeatedly. The staff wear masks. I feel comfortable in this store!

I was highly satisfied with not only my visit but my experience and purchase as well! I went to the Pandora in Southlake & Northeast Mall, and the employees were very knowledgeable. With COVID they did a great job with social distancing and how many customers were allowed in the store as well!
