I love going to this store. Shelby and Sarah are very knowledgeable about the Pandora product line. They offer suggestions, and I have made purchases based on those suggestions.

This was my first experience with Pandora. I loved that our sales associate, Shelby, took her time in explaining and describing all about what Pandora was about. She took us through the process of choosing each charm and pieces needed. Because of her amazing service, I ended up purchasing more then I expected to including some for my daughters.

Shelby worked with me on the phone to assemble my order before my visit. Since it was during the bracelet preorder, she made sure that I had all of the information needed to make my bracelet selections when I arrived in the store. She even preselected some for me to try. She also helped me with other pieces to complete my bracelets with pizzazz. Sarah also assisted to ensure that I was able to get everything I was looking for during my visit. Great job by these ladies!

The customer service is ALWAYS GREAT!!! I love the selection of merchandise!!! The store is ALWAYS pristine!!!

The two sales associates, Sarah & Adrienne were helpful, approachable, professional and friendly. Unlike, my previous experience sometime in 2019, I endured at that same location by another older sales associate. As an extremely educated professional woman of color and being in the law enforcement field, I was extremely disappointed with a previous visit. Saturdays, are the days I dress for comfort and no makeup. With that said, I feel the older Caucasian woman may a lot of preconceived opinions concerning me and that’s why I kept getting disregarded. So much so, that I walked out of the store and did not make a purchase. I had to purchase my granddaughter a charm and thought to give Southlake location a second chance and that’s when I met Sarah and Adrienne. Thank God for their authentic ability to just see people.

The staff is exceptionally friendly! They all now the Pandora product line. They offer suggestions. I have made purchases based on their recommendations.

Shelby was knowledgeable friendly all of her suggestions were perfect to my preferred style or taste….. she was very observant and answered all of my questions

Brittany was very welcoming and attentive to my needs and very helpful. Gave many suggestions and loved the excitement in her voice talking about it all. Even though I showed up before close she was amazing and great service. Didn't feel rushed or anything!

The staff is extremely friendly. They welcome every in the store. The staff also knows the product line. I have purchased pandora items based on their recommendations!
