I ordered charms prior to coming in but have never had a bracelet before. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the way the bracelet should fit and make recommendations for charms I really appreciated. She was also training someone at the time and both were so warm, kind, and patient with me. I am extremely happy with my experience overall!
