The staff was extremely friendly. They were very helpful and allowed me to find the perfect gift for my wife. The only thing that was slightly upsetting was that the inventory was low so certain items weren’t available and selection was low, but during this time it is understandable.

I purchased a charm online as a gift for my mother. Once it arrived, I realized it was not going to fit on her bracelet. My in-person exchange for something was seamless and timely.

My bracelet was looking terrible I mean awful. I was embarrassed to even bring it in to have it cleaned but the associate made me feel welcome and at ease without any judgement. I wasn’t intending on buying but she made me feel so comfortable I ended up getting a charm I saw online !
