The associate has knowledge of the Products. I was satisfied with the charms that I wanted was available. I enjoyed my experience at Pandora.

The customer service representative Lori was very nice and super helpful. She made sure we were completely satisfied with our visit. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and again SUPER friendly. She made the experience perfect in every way!

They had all of my choices. My last couple of visits they had none, but other stores did. The associate was eager to help & friendly. That is not always the case. The three associates kept things moving as quickly as possible but at the same time kept the number of people in the store to a limit to protect everybody. They cleaned after each customer before helping another. I am a RN in a hospital so I was very tuned in to that! Thank you!

The service was excellent. The wait wasn’t too long . They even sent me home with holders to store my jewelry in.
