First time been there my sales associate was wonderful it was for my daughter 13 birthday and the experience was amazing for. Us will be back soon (( Greer)) made our day nice young lady she was so helpful will be returning

My sales associate was very friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the charms i was asking for and she knew where everything was. She was also knowledgeable about the charms that are being retired. Sometimes associates are snobby, but she was very cordial. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I've been wanting to get a Pandora bracelet for years and when I came in there yesterday it made it so much easier to buy one
