Arlette took very great care of me today! I showed her a picture of the ring I wanted, and helped me find my right size. She also brought out other Rings for me to look at. And also answered my questions about my bracelet and recommended me to come back and get it clean.

The store followed the CDC guidelines of safety for the staff and customers. I was very satisfied with customer service and clean store atmosphere. I like waiting at the door to wait on staff to invite me in and they had a one way direction in and out the door. Great job Buford. GA site

Jennifer E has the BEST customer service. I was shopping for my daughter's 15th birthday and was unsure of the items to purchase - she walked me through the process with patience, compassion and it was apparent she believes in the Pandora brand, so much so that she made me a believer. I opened a credit card and will be a monthly shopper. She even shared some of her personal charm memories/stories. It's refreshing in such a distressing time in life to have such a good spirit greet you while shopping. I also witnessed all the associates cleaning in between customers which made the experience ever more settling.

The sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable and we already gave our next purchase planned.
