There was a long line so the store manager came out and started helping people. We got to her and she was very sweet and helpful. We had to make an exchange so she put us in a faster line to get everything moving and another lady helped us and she was super nice as well.

The sales associates that were at the kiosk and helping those waiting in the line were very helpful. I was able to get my daughter sized while waiting. I was also given a catalog to view while I waited.

As you have taken away the ability to purchase your product in other brick and mortar stores, the demand at a Pandora store has grow exponentially for the holiday season. (I shop at The Mall of Georgia location) I had to visit twice and both times there was the same woman coming out into the line to assist those who knew what the wanted, like myself. I learn she is Jennifer, your store Manager. She was efficient, knew not only the products but what she had in stock and was friendly too. She is a rock star and I had to pass this to someone higher up!

The associate (Ashley) was very knowledgeable of the items and was so nice. Even during the busy time associate did not rush me she showed me all the pieces I was looking for an even more.

The sales associate was very helpful when trying to size me for my mother's braclet. She was very helpful with all the questions I had and did her best to answer them to the best of her ability.

My placed the order online asked me to pick it up at the Mall of Georgia went there and the lady was so nice but she could not find his corded so the manger came over to help and she looked again to double check and apparently my son had canceled the order, but these two ladies were super nice and said they had it in the store amd the manager I think nancy was her name went inside the store amd got it for me and I got to purchase at the kiosks. They didn’t have to do that they could Have told me To get in the line to purchase it in the store but was willing to help me and let me purchase it there. Best customer service. And I love pandora anyway.

Nancy C was amazing. I had someone at another Pandora tell me I couldn’t exchange a item for a bigger size and that Pandora doesn’t allow that. Nancy helped me do it with no problem. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied which I was all thanks to her.
