There was s line to enter the store but I did not wait very long which was good. The store was clean & I felt safe to shop. The associated were professional, helpful and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase.

My daughter requested a bracelet but one I ordered was too small. The sales was very helpful helping us find the right size. Great experience for my teenage.

Victoria was amazing! She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! It was a joy to work with her. I ordered on line and the chain didn’t screw on as anticipated. She was able to return the online item and describe the difference in the chains and get me the safety chain I needed for the bracelet I have. I was so glad I got everything accomplished in one visit. It was worth the wait.

Customer service was great. My baby sister purchase a gift for my middle sister and I online . When we arrived there was a long, long line outside of the store. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, I noticed a kiosk that said online order pick up. Which enabled both my middle sister and I to get out of line and get faster service to get our Christmas gift from our baby sister. We ended up spending more money. We bought more charms and then bought sister charms for our sister who started this mess. 😊 It was great and faster.
