I love love love Pandora and this location is where I go most of the time. They almost always have what I come to get.

the lady that had taken care of us was really sweet and patient. she had a good attitude throughout the whole time i was there. she helped us find what we were looking for.

The customer service was great and the sales associate was quite friendly. Additionally we did not have to wait a very long time in order to purchase our items. They were moving a a fast enough pace as to have us in and out but not feel rushed.

The service is always so wonderful, everyone is nice and willing to take the time to help you look for exactly what you want. I also like that they clean after each and every guest to help protect us during our shopping experience!

when I was in line, I was approached by an associate that helped me know what the store had in stock. sadly one of the charms I wanted was not in the store but gave me the option to order online. she then told me all of the other items I wanted are in stock and also recommended other charms that I did get in place of the other items that were not in stock. I was super happy with the customer service and the options they provided. I'm still going to come here for my jewelry and charms because they are always super nice and point out other things for me to try.

I was satisfied with my experience at this Pandora because everyone was nice and kind. Also, the line was long but we got in the store super fast! It was a great experience. Thank you!!!

it was amazing!!!! the sales associates in the Mall of Georgia location were great and amazingly trained! they catered to me and i had a great experience in the store!! they handled everything so well during covid and such a big holiday like valentine’s day!!! bravo to them!

The Pandora associate really made feel comfortable like I belonged there and made sure they found what I was looking for and didn’t stop until she found it.

Very friendly manager and to be honest is nice to go to a store that looks like the United Nations, the staff is oriental,blacks,white,brown to me that is freedom equality.
