My sales associate was awesome,she catered to what I was looking for and her customer service was above & beyond.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and nice. She was also very patient with me as I kept changing my choice of charms.

I did not come to the mall to go to the Pandora store I had other business there but I saw the store on my way out and wanted to see what charms were available for the bracelets I received as gifts. My associate was so sweet and accommodating and extremely helpful, although I wasn't dresses for the part my associated treated me well. I was disappointed because they didn’t have the charm I was looking for but they had everything else.

I called the Pandora - Mall of Georgia store to locate a specific gift item that wasn't available at their Perimeter store. I continually tried to reach the NorthPoint and Lenox store, to no avail. I was able to reach Jennifer at the Mall of Georgia store and after checking the inventory of that specific item, she was able to place one on hold for me until I got off of work and made it to the store before they closed. The staff at both stores were very patient and professional. I enjoyed the experience...once again. This is my 3rd Pandora bracelet, but my first Pandora bangle. Thanks again for the experience.

The qualities are very good and pricewise I love the product you wouldn’t get these charms like what you get at Pandora I enjoy shopping there

The store manager was managing the line. She was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. She made my first experience extremely easy. She was just as excited as I was about my purchase. I recommend my location for anyone who would like to buy from Pandora.
