Upon entering the store the ladies welcomed me in they were very courteous, Nicole was the sales person that helped me I will be going back soon and I will be looking for Nicole to assist me again.

The quality of the charms were perfect and the details were perfect as well. Another thing the help and assistance was amazing she was very helpful and very sweet. The lady that helped us also was very helpful in making the experience very easy, nice, and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning to the store.

They cleaned my bracelet. The sales associates knew about the charms. They made sue to get us a new bracelet because ours was under the year warranty and we had forgot! Honesty is refreshing.
