Kim was very nice, as well as knowledgeable! Most times I’ve gone to this location she has always been able to assist me. Outside of standing in line 10-15 mins it was a swift speedy process. I do feel some items are over priced.

I was very satisfied with the whole process however when I got home my braclet broken again and think the reason is that she gave me an 18inch instead of 20 that I had prior to turning it in although it fit but I guess the 20 inch would have been better

This was the first time I was able to actually go into the store, it's always so busy. I was always going to the pop-up outside the store (which is nice). But it was also great to shop inside the store. I believe you need a bigger location!

Sales associate was very nice and professional. She addressed all my concerns. She also told me about the healthcare professional discount which was nice, but Dental HYGIENIST NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE OPTIONS BECAUSE WE ARE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS!

We went and got a bigger charm bracelet because the one I got for my daughter was too small. They were very helpful and we left super satisfied and happy. We will be back soon to buy some new charms. Awesome selection to chose from!
