The sales associate is the manager and she was rude and treated me like I was stupid. When I called her out on it n asked her to stop being rude she tried to play it off. Not a good experience with her.

I just love the store and that they finally got the charm princess and the frog charm I have been waiting YEARS for this one.

The staff seemed unwelcoming and unapproachable. There was inventory papers on the display cabinet that the associate did not remove even though she saw me trying to look merchandise. I feel the cashier treated me as if I didn’t belong in the store.

When I went back into Pandora for my return I was being helped by an older lady with glasses she did not seem interested in anything I was saying to her. Her attitude was disgusting for someone who is older and is supposed to represent a great company. When I was through with my return she didn’t even tell me it was all set she just walked away and ignored my question about how long it would take for me to get my refund. Overall my visit back was a total joke. This is the second time I’ve received disgusting customer service. It’s a shame.

I waited in line for about two hours and once I got to my representative she didn’t know the merchandise very well. Then she told me they didn’t have the products I asked for and after about 30 mins of her looking she finally found it because the “products gets lost in the store”. I finally got my ring and paid for it and a few days later one of the jewels has already fallen out. I am very disappointed because I always come to pandora.

I saw other people walk in the store after me and my family and they were greeted and help right away. I was just told theres more mothers day stuff over here. No one ever came to talk to me. I litterally had to say "Can some one come help me make a bracelet" idk if I was profiled as an unimportant customer. But just an FYI your customers keep your business open. I really wanna return the bracelet because I felt like i was profiled.

The sale lady starred at me putting my card pin in . I did realize what was going on until my boyfriend got her attention . I was highly uncomftable and sadly will not return .

I was completely ignored upon entering with my girlfriend. They did not even acknowledge or let alone make eye contact. There were three associates and none of them said a word to us. When finding what I wanted the sales rep clearly acted as if I couldn't afford the charm which I paid for with the intentions of buying more charms but considered their service I refused to spend a dime at this location again. Even when asked if I would like a receipt I clearly stated my girlfriend is my heart and that I wouldn't want to return any gift I gave to her; the representative still gave her a receipt. Just Rude and Disrespectful

I went to Pandora to purchase my sister a bracelet. The associate sized her wrist for a bracelet and we purchased it. When we had gone home and put the charms on it, it no longer fit her wrist. During that first visit the associates were saying if you have a return go straight to the register do not go through the line. When I went back the next day to exchange the bracelet I went to the register and they told me no that I had to wait in the line for any returns or exchanges. After going to the back of the line waiting over 1 1/2 hours I was finally able to return the bracelet only to be told they don't have the other sizes in stock. This process for returns is ridiculous and is very inefficient.

Not to say that 125 will send gifts, today I bought a $ 361 separate checkout, should not give me two, the service lady insisted only to one, but also take the wrong products to me tomorrow I have to run a trip to go .....
