I purchased a ring and it changed color. I gave it to the sales associate and her response was “there’s not much I can do but clean it.

I came in to return a ring that was purchased for my daughter. She received two of the same rings at Christmas. I had bought one so I came back to return mine, With my receipt. The card that I had bought the ring with had been compromised at Christmas so I had a new debit card. The employee refused to help me figure out a way to get the money back on to my debit card or on my debit card because the numbers were different. She told me to either keep the ring or I could have a gift card but those were my only two options. I had explain to her someone stole our debit card information and I had to return this and I needed the money back. Again she looked at me and told me I told you your only two options are return it and get a gift card or keep it. Crazy how other stores that I bought prior to my car being stolen could return their merchandise and give me money back on my new debit card. The sales associate had a bad attitude and looked completely unprofessional. She look like she just rolled out of bed. For the money that I am spending in Pandora I would expect more

The sales associate was not interested in waiting on me. She was replying with non interest responses like I wasn’t going to make a purchase. And she didn’t want to find the size I needed or should I say that is the way her actions were. She was not in gaged in me the customer is satisfied and feeling the LOVE as you advertise. I am already displeased with the service I received for my 2020 Mother’s Day order. Now to receive this type of treatment is bad for business. I have spent thousands of dollars in Pandora Jewelry but am seriously thinking not to purchase anything again.

I was satisfied. I ordered a bracelet online and it was not the correct size. The sales associate quickly provided the correct size.

The sale associate was extremely impatient. She offered no kind of assistance or guidance on what I wanted. She was huffing and puffing when I would ask her for something. I did not feel comfortable even asking her for some things. She was also rude to the other employee there. She charged me wrong for my items and had to make a return. She didn’t even apologize. I understand that people can have bad days, but she went out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable with even buying. I returned the items the next day because of how dissatisfied I was with the service I received.

I placed this order online with the promise it would arrive for Mother’s Day! I order 3 bracelets and 3 charms. All three bracelets were in one box and two charms were shipped together in one box! THESE WERE GIFTS FOR MOTHERS DAY! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GIFT THEM WITHOUT THE BOX! AND TOMAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE THEY DID NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR MOTHERS DAY! I WASNT ABLE TO GIVE OUT THE GIFTS LIKE EVERYONE AT THE TIME OF GIFT EXCHANGE! I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET INFORMATION FROM ANYONE ON THE PHONE REGARDING MY ORDER OR DHL EITHER! IT WASA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I went into the Pandora store to purchase two rings. They didn't have the rings I wanted in the style or size I needed. I ended up purchasing two rings via online. However, when my rings arrived, they were the wrong size after a sales person helped me with the online purchase. I return the rings to the store only to find out they still didn't have my size. I ended up getting something I didn't really want.

One sales associate completely ignored us when it was our turn to be served and continued to ignore us when we tried to call out to her. She acted like we didn’t exist. We don’t know the cause but she might be racist. You need to train your associates on this matter. The person who served us tried to solve the problem and she was polite.
