Went to pick up online order at mall of Georgia. I’m a first time buyer of bracelet. I asked to size up because it was too small. Took an hour and a half and very very rude manager . Never again

The manager of the store at the Mall of Georgia , Jennifer I believe , scolded me because when it was my turn to enter the store scolded me an adult BSN-RN. I was looking at the wall displays while the employee was cleaning the counter. My husband and I stood in line for 45 minutes. The store was full of people and she was scolding me like a child that I entered the store without permission when I was told to enter. I tried to calmly explain I was looking at wall displays to find the perfect gift. I ended up spending 320.00 in the store but her behavior and scolding me a customer like I am a child while the entire store was looking at me. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. The sales associate apologized for her behavior. I have never been treated so badly. If I wasn’t there picking out a gift for my son at his request for his wife I would have left.

I was completely satisfied with my pandora purchase. The sales associate was amazing. I always ask for her by name.

I was assisted by the store manager. If your in customer service you need to actually listen to the customer. She kept talking over me and talking to me like I was an idiot. We were doing an exchange with a purchase I made through Klarna and she had absolutely no idea what she was doing.

Terrible costumer service, Miss Philana has a bad attitude, bad face, bad answers, my daughter measured a ring and it fit tight, Miss Philana suggested to "cut off her finger." How this can be possible if she is supposed to be there to help. This is the second time she "help" me and have a horrible attitude

We took a bracelet which had broken and asked for it to be repaired. Because it was purchased more than 12 months ago she said they could not repair it. I was willing to pay for it to be repaired and she said they don’t do that.

So I order my charms online which never said it be ready 6-8 hr until end in email... when we got to store the lady told us same thing and my husband has order before and it was ready 2 hours... we had to wait over 2 hours in line to and the lady couldn’t even cancel our order and she said we had to reach out to online I tried no one was online and I reached out Monday they were useless on there so disappointed with all this

I seen a note on the door no more then 8 customers so I enter the lady send me back out the door then an associate came and said she will help me when I ask the lady why she send me out she said cause there’s no associate to assist me I purchased 3 charms during my purchase a white lady came in shopping and not one of the associates told her she had to go back out I felt like that associate was being racist
