The sales associate was extremely rude. I could not see the charms because of the light so she refused to show me the tray. She made me feel completely uncomfortable. I instead just elected to leave and purchase the rest online because of how she made it feel like I was going to steal so she could not show me the items. Disgusting to be honest.

I was told conflicting information that didn’t make sense on my purchases of a bracelet and six or seven charms that I bought for my daughter. The bracelet broke. I took it to the store in mall of Georgia and the girl basically was no help. Her statement was for me to buy another bracelet I was very dissatisfied with her information and her reluctance to help me get the problem fixed.

Manager and associate were very rude they were rushing and pushing people to make quick decisions asked for a bag to put items that were bought and the manager threw the bag at us , and told us to get our stuff and leave

The lady that was helping me was absolutely rude. I came in because two of my charms were broken and I seen online i had a year warranty and I did so. She kept asking me where I bought them at as In which location i don’t know if she thought I was lying and I would tell her I’m not sure I have a few pandora charms and I’ve bought them in different place even florida and she would ignore me and when it got to my second charm she asked me the question again and I said I’m not sure but I can check my email and I pulled my phone out which is when she said no it’s fine I can see it here.

The associate that tried to assist me was trying but was unsuccessful it getting my exchange resolved herself. The associate asked for assistance from 2 co-workers, and the 3 of them didn't resolve it, when I had my receipt 🧾 and was told it couldn't be refunded to the form of payment that I paid with.... My reason for coming to the Mall, but was told I would have ti return it by mail. I have never had an experience of this sort in life!

Upon entering the store Kendra (sales associate) greet me and my mother. Made Kendra aware that precious associated did not place clips on the correct slot on my bracelet and I was unable to move them. She advise the associate sold me the wrong clips for the bracelet I had. Unfortunately the associate did not give me a box wit the initial purchase. She went to speak with the Manager Jennifer Spesping and explain the situation due to me being sick and having to travel back to this stores location. Jennifer proceed to say without looking at the receipt that mothers day had passed and it was beyond the 30 policy. When I went to explain that due to catching covid I was unable to bring it back right away. Jennifer proceeded to get loud clapping and approaching me saying "Covid or no Covid does not excuse me from return policy. As I understand return policy this behavior was way un-expectable for her to speak to a paying customer. Her attitude was unexceptable and not the Pandora way. Will never return to this location again!!
