I was only customer in the store when I arrived. The manager was keeping the associates from helping me because she was still explaining store set up with them. Managers at this store have never been too friendly or interested in waiting on customers in a timely manner. I think they expect it doesn't matter because they will get foot traffic from mall. I needed a gift that day is the only reason I went to that Pandora location. I will continue to use Parson's in Cumming Ga because they appreciate my business.

I went in for a birthday gift, this was my 3rd time coming to this specific location. The last 2 times specifically there was not a big selection available, as most things were sold out. The associate was okay, not the best I’ve experienced. I did explain it was a birthday gift, yet I had to ask for her to wrap the item. I only use this location because I have recently moved; and it is closer to my home.

I requested an electronic receipt and that was 5/24. I even called the store after I got home about my receipt. I even gave her my email address again. I still have not received my receipt

ladies were unprofessional, the manager was smacking gum on the floor was highly unpleasing. I had to keep asking for assistance because they would forget what I had asked them. Overall my first time shopping at Pandora but I will not be returning to this location

I visited the store on one of the busiest shopping days of the year and the store was significantly understaffed. It's not like they had no idea folks would be lined up on the Saturday before Christmas to get in. The store opened early and it was not until 10:00 am that 3 additional staff members arrived to work. I waited 45 minutes just to get in the store. I understand the system and how you choose to service guests, but there is no excuse on Christmas weekend to have so few employees available first thing in the morning.

The wait time was ridiculous. I waited an hour in line when there was only about 8 people ahead of me. I'm assuming the store was understaffed. The whole time I was standing in line not one person came out to let us know a wait time.

The long line of waiting during black Friday is expected and grateful for the handing out of water. Thank you. I had gone on line to get the list of what I wanted to look at. I had the names and collections in hopes of expediting the sale. Sales person was not well versed, not fully engaged, and I struggled with her voice sounding bored or bothered to rush me along. To stand for long periods of time to get in, have prepared my list, and making peace with the cost/prices of these charms for xmas and personal picks; I would appreciate the experience of the purchase to be more engaged and customer centered. I have shopped at this location at the Mall of Georgia for a few years now. This was not a good experience on this excursion.

When I first walked in the workers looked at me and looked away as if they did not want to help me or if I wasn’t worthy of their time. Two sales associates had the nastiest of attitudes and wouldn’t listen to me when I would ask to view something. I told the sales associate it was a gift purchase and she straight up ignored me and asked it it was for me after I stated it was a gift multiple times. Overall would not come back to the Mall of Georgia location until they get friendlier staff.

The sales rep that helped me was very rude and stand off-ish. It took A while before anyone assisted me but there were customers who came in after and got help immediately. The sales rep just so happened to be one of the managers, while helping me she barely said 3 words to me. She look uninterested, and I felt rushed. I’m not sure if I got this kind of service because the color of my skin or what but this is the worst I’ve ver experienced at this Pandora location.
