I’ve been a Pandora customer for about 10 years I have purchase numerous items for myself, family and friends but the quality of things are changing and I for the first time ever my bracelet broke 1 year after the purchase, I got a replacement but I didn’t like the way I was treated.

I went to buy a new charm and have my bracelet cleaned and I got home and it had changed colors....it was so shiny but by the end of the night it was almost black

I went for the promotion purchase $125 get free earring and they were out of earrings, was to choose another kind and they would $40 off as no earrings there is for $40.

I came into the Buford Mall of Georgia Location on a Sunday evening. After 20 minutes of waiting I was told there was a list for service. After waiting for about 15 after, an associate called names on the list that were further down from my position. When questioned, the associate did not provide adequate assistance. The service was not warm, welcoming or even respectful. The system of signing up and not being greeted or told how to participate in the waiting process needs to changed. Prioritization for someone who is just looking to pick up or exchange items should be increased. I will not be coming back to this location. I will continue to make my purchases online rather than coming to my local storefront.

This store were very unorganized. The sales persons act as if they was overworked. Not very friendly. This was my dream to purchase a Pandora. The sales person was rushing me . Trying to push the Holiday special off on me. This was not what I wanted. She took to long to find what i wanted. or just trying to move on to the next customer. Some of the ladies just was not friendly people. They would come from the counter and move to the doors, when the line was so long. Too many just standing at the doors. I will not purchase at this store again. I really had a very bad experience

You need to hire more associates, with what you charge for this cheap metal that's made over seas for nothing I'd like to think you can hire more people. The girls you have there lack speed and work ethic. I'll just be happy when my wife is done with this phase of being addicted to these pointless charms.
